this 14k, white gold , rectangular faced,ladies wristwatch; says bulova 23 ,and has 36 graduated diamonds. Can anyone please help me identify this beautiful watch?

this watch was part of a three piece set purchased by loren greene . there were also a matching necklace , and tierra. They were purchased for the late aunt of my closest friend; to be worn to an awards assembly(not certain which awards), and given her as a gift afterwards. I was given the watch as a gift a few years back, and would very much like to know some more about what I was given.
