At first glance it would appear to be the Clipper model# 1077, complete with original band that originally cost $59.50; however, the dial is not correct for that model. That model used a luminous dial and hands setup. Your non-luminous dial and hands with the outer seconds numbered every 5 seconds looks to be from the Duo-Wind/Thayer line. The pricelists do show a $39.75 Clipper model, though I cannot find an ad for that one - perhaps it is a non-luminous version. Aside from the dial and hands, I'd say this is the Clipper. What is the date stamp on the movement, looks to maybe be L3?

The display box that you have is for a Jet Clipper from the 1960s

I am the second owner of this watch and it is all original except the crown, I must have used it for another at one time.   The picture is a little blurry but it does read L2 on the movement.

That display box does not belong to that watch,  it was from another that had been sold.

I do have a some dials and movements with the luminus hands L2's,3,and maybe a doz more that you mentioned but I do not want to use since I believe this one is the original along with the hands and movement.

I guess I'd call it a Clipper based just on the case design, not knowing if there is a variant for this dial.
