I agree, I doubt that this is 1951. Doug please double check the watch details and update.

Okay Fellows,  I updated this watch. On the photo the case clearly looks like a L2..if you look at it on the case it looks like a one , or sort of like the old game of Hangman, the platform not a 2 , but I found on the movement where there is a L2 marking.  I was right about the 7 jewel movement..I added the seriel number..its scarred up but I believe I have the right number. and I dont know where I got the 10bt37 movement...just a 10bt.   Going to look in the 1952 ads now...Thanks guys. Have a great weekend.

OK, is it my "Old Eyes" or is that "2" on the case back looking a little strange?? None of my L2's look hand engraved.

Please add the movement date symbol to the descriptive data.

Admin: The loss of the movement date symbol line e.g. above is what I was referring to in a previous conversation. If a line item is left blank when initially filling in the descriptive data, and then saved the line disappears.

Need to add a 7 jewel 10BT to the movement data base.

Added the 7 jewels to the database Wayne, that 2 on the caseback is still bugging me. Doesn't look right?

Bob, I think it's a counterfit 2, also. What's the penalty for that? Minus 1/2 star maybe!

Wayne, the two ad examples appear to have engraving on the bezels, Dougs doesn't appear to have any? Variation maybe??

kind of funny its 7 jewels or is this nothing strange.... It really looks like a 1 to me..would use the character on case if it was on the keyboard. Found a M4 at the Flea today..wasnt sure if I wanted it...It had nice lugs, dial I didnt care for much..
