may be Director, but but it has 17 jewels, You can check movement

Someone swapped out the movement, I guess.  I'll look for 17 jewel.

Wow - it's got every indication of being a Director, right down to the original band. I wonder how a 7 jewel movement ended up in this case? Normally we would classify this as Non-Conforming because of a movemnet swap but it just doesn't seem right.

Panel - is it really a Director? I think it is.

I don't know if the movement was swapped, I just presumed it was. Is the 10BC correct if it was the 17 jewel?

Mine has a 10BC 15 jewel movement as most of the examples in the database.

The watch matches the Director with the exception of not having the 15-jewel movement. I have never seen this design called anything else in our available ads. Is the movement also dated L4 or something else?

I'm good with Bulova Director. Do you have a photo of the movemet you can add?
