Great little watch and matches the ad for 57 Commadore.
I'm good with Commodore....but I still crack up on folks use of "new old stock" (or almos new old stock). NOS is a description of the history of the watch at last point of sale from a store or distributor. The condition is inferred from this description, as it's in the same condition as a new watch. I don't remember buying many "new" watches with minimal wear on the lugs....LOL But I've mellowed on this over the years. I know what folks mean, but dissagree with how folks say it. ...as do most of the price guides and watch condition grading publications.....
Remember I have hatchet just like the one George Washington used to chop down the cherry tree. Its now in "new old stock condition". First I had to replace the handle, and then replace the head, but I used new old stock parts. So other than that, it's in new old stock condition and complety original.
