The case is around 33mm without crown (side to side) and 40mm lug to lug.  Band is 17mm, and crystal is 28mm (outside diameter)

That's about the same measurement of the side-by-side comparison. I think that my 1954 is also Sea Clipper varient.

Shawn, I copied this Sea Clipper varient from one of your eBay auctions awhile back. Good job on the restore on this one. It make mine look a bit shabby.  Looks like a pretty good match to this 1962 Sea Clipper ad. Varient pin-stripe dial, match style lum dots, numbers, batons, hands.

Looks like a 1964 Sea Clipper w varient pin-stripe dial to me. What say you?

Looks like a pretty close match to me, with the one I sold being Stainless wear free and I can see aloy of wear about your lugs which seem to make them look thinner. Everything else matches so I'd say it's a safe bet to ID it as a Sea Clipper.

Based on what little I know of Bulova's model naming, I would expect that only the Stainless Steel variants were "Sea Clipper"; the gold one looks more like a "Sun Clipper"

'SEA CLIPPER' is advertised as being SS. 'SUN CLIPPER' appears to have a scalloped bezel ala '23'.
