One of the many in the 23 series. Nice watch. It will have a two part stem so you can pull on the crown and it will seperate, then you open it from the front and take the movement out. Pics of the movement may help to ID it further than generic 23. If you are not comfortable with removing the movement, take it to and experienced watch repair man and have him do it.

The '23'series were automatics.
