A Bulova Jet Clipper gets my vote. Movement looks in good shape.

Hi Bobbie, welcome to myBulova.com. I think you know the most important thing about this watch - It belonged to your father - that, to me makes it priceless. I think heirloom watches are wonderful things. Hopefully you can get it restored and wear it proudly. Remember to have it serviced first if you plan to wear it. These mechanical watches do require regular service if worn.

I agree with Stephen - it's called the "Jet Clipper" - here's a partial of an advert we have on site. the second watch from the right is like yours.

Thanks for the help everyone!  My father wore this watch for literally decades.  Is there a directory of jewelers in a city, say Austin, who are recommended/properly qualified to work on Bulova watches?
