Swiss Made, The Case #397 has a stainless steel back cover and a gold plated bezel,  The dial is brown with white roman numerals and painted white hands.

I like the color combination; unable to find an ad to narrow down a model number; Accutron

Catalog states that case 320 (Yellow) uses crystal 320AY - 30.1MM Armored Yellow

Looks like that 320 case housed at least more than one dial type

I made a mistake, on closer inspection i can see the ink stamp better and the case is a #397

is the caseback original to the watch?

 

wouldn't the caseback state the gold plate bezel along with the stainless back?

Good question, and I don't know the answer.  Maybe sometimes yes, other times no.  Not much help from me.

I've never seen a Swiss made watch caseback say that like the USA made watches sometimes do......
