Accutron Astronaut Enhanced Type 2 variant ?. 14k gold bezel moves smoothly. Accutron snakeskin band with G F buckle (original?)
As close as I can come is this one, from 1966 LinebookBAWDO163. Casing w/gold bezel ring and face style a match, but face is a different color.
This may be an undocumented variant, or it may be a marriage of an "H" case and face/movement from a stainless Astronaut "E" as seen below.
It's definitely all Astronaut, but at this point that's all I can commit to.
1965 Astronaut
If it helps in your deliberations my proposal was based on the info on the Accutron Resource forum
https://accutronfacts.freeforums.net/thread/279/complete-astronaut-vari….
It's all very complicated as there seem to be so many case/dial/bezel options , but trawling around I have found pics similar to my version. Good luck !

Dave - we limit the ID we assign to each and every watch to what can be found in Old Bulova Adverts (we have and extensive data base) as well as a series of catalogs (called Line Books) we recently received from Bulova Corp in New York City. Presently we have not been able to share them on myBulova because of the enormity of the information. What we can do when we find a watch match in the Line Book is snip a photo of the watch and description and place it in the forum comments, here are a couple examples. In some case we intuitively know the ID name because, like this particular watch, it is a well known model. What we can't be sure of, short of the advert or Line Book reference is whether or not there is a further distinction or variant. I expect we will ID this watch as a Bulova Accutron Astronaut because it obviously is exactly that. What we don't know at this time is if there is a further identification we can assign to it.

Aside from having the incorrect caseback as was mentioned earlier, that Astro is an Astronaut "J". The Astro "K" would be identical except it has the Black Dial. The original post watch is a bit worn out but it was once a goldish dial.
