I would place the watch in the Commander series, unfortunately I did not find a matching advert to determine the variant

the "G" is the closest option, but the digits in positions 3 and 9 are different (full advert by clicking the image)

A beautiful dress watch, and some of Bulova's best work, IMO. In house movt. The train is KIF shock protected to the fourth wheel, something you only see on some very high end brands. 

I'd agree that it is probably a Commander of some variant.

Mid sixties the 30 jewel watches were generally Commander model.

I agree, it's definitely a Commander series. It's a little too late to be an original series "30".
