Nice one Gary...Could be a one of the La Petite, or Candlelight series, both are known to have big diamonds, solid Gold, and 23J movements.

Gary, is anything stamped inside the case back? Also, can you provide crystal specs? Thanks.

This one will be defined by crystal specs IMO. Very lovely watch.

Though I'd replied but its gone. The back inside has nothing. the crystal specs are approx 14.5 x 9.6mm.

You may be onto something woth the La Petite, it did come in a La Petite 23j box ((still is in it) but for some reason I decided it probably wasn't a la petite as had not seen many solid gold.

Le Petite may just be a good call....but for now its Unkown for me.

Amazing watch.

Stunning.

Are you sure about the diamond count Gary? There looks to be 7 round the lower half of the bezel, and either 6 or 7 on each "lug-end", if the very tip has a tiny diamond, as it looks like it has to me.

If so, 19 or 21 diamonds.

Unknown.

Yes, there are 4 on the bottom, 7 on the bezel and 7 on the top.

Sorry Gary, I can see now I REALLY looked! Really looks very unusual, could be a Duchess or a Marquise model.

Unknown....too many good "possibilities" for me to pick one based on charactoristics shared between these choices.  Beautiful
