Agree, Non-Conforming due to the movement. Also, without clear, complete pics to make an assessment, 0 stars as anything else.

One tick for diamond empress based on watch coming in display box. Does dial also say "23 jewels"?   No confirmation on how production date was determined.  I can't make out date code on case back.    Record hasn't been updated w/ new info/photos. We don't even know the production date. 
I agree w/ OT that it shoud be non-conforming.Thoughts?
