Noting: all of the White Cased model numbers in the ad begin with 11, the Yellow 12 and end with a W (White) or Y (Yellow)

All having Model Names associated.

No matches to case in above link sea king ES is closer, same case even has cross hair dial.

can be seen better when zoomed in on both ad and watch. 1969 ad.

I think there is enough evidence to bring this one as a Sea King ( variant not known)
