Case and dial match for First Lady 'A', but jewel count puts it into a different model category. we have another in the database with the same issue. Just need to find the model series that used a 23J movement.

Have found that a good number of Bulova 'First Lady' models came with a 23 jewelled movement. So I'm inclined to ID this one as tentative First Lady, variant unknown.
