  Unable to remove the back of additional information that you are requesting.  I have attempted a brief search, bringing me to this site.  I would appreciate any information you can give.  All information -- Watchface @ 6 (97P94).  Watch back -- Bulova Quartz -- T5 Base Metal Bezel -- Japan Mvt.

Sharon,

Not a lot of info on the later 70's on up quartz watches, they usually were not named, just a model number.  The T5 would indicate that it is a 1995 model, if it were a 1980 it would be stamped P0 on the case back. 

In a 2002-2003 Bulova Catalog I have they just call them Diamond Dial Bracelets and name them with a model number

I see nothing in this catalog that looks like yours
