Watch Description

Case has L7 stamped on it and movement has L8 stamped.  Haven't seen an alarm watch with the singular "Alarm" below the Bulova on the dial.  Movement appears to be fairly scratched up.  Crowns are signed Bulova.  Keeps time to within the minute for 24 hrs then loses about half-a-minute in the next 12 hours.  Alarm works fine.  On the movement there is "UNADJUSTED" and the letters GXW (I believe - hard to make out).  The inside of the case has hand etched "MG965BO". Would like any info on this watch.

Thanks

sweet Wrist Alarm. I've not seen one with Alarm printed on the dial either. I think that makes it kinda special.

Alarm yes, but do we have an exact ad match to confirm the model ID or would you both be happy with a tentative "Wrist Alam" call?

I would say Wrist Alarm too, but the dial....something doesn't look original there.....gotta think about that.

gbuddy - do you know if the dial has been refinished?

It has, it even has the modern font for "Bulova", the big B is a dead giveaway.

Yes - the dial has been refinished according to the person who sold it to me

Very sweet wrist alarm. Poke around in the advert section and got to the forum tab to see if it might be in some of the new stuff we have. I will go with 2 ticks tentative wrist alrm.

Yeah that's a WA... but it does have a mod dial with the font/Alarm.... tastefully done though.
