American Eagle from me.  We have found some American Eagle variant ads recently.  We can always update to variant if/when one of those ads becomes available and matches this watch.

I was going to have the dial redone because I managed to find a new old stock original band, but when I got it it turned out to be silver not gold! As homer would say Doh! Now my heart is just not into getting the dial refinished. Well it looked gold in the pictures :( My bad. Seller said it was white S.S.  I guess I wanted it so bad I just hoped it was gold!

Oh, just go for it. Crystal Spec is a GS - CMF675, 26.1 x 24.4 in case you need to look for one.

Go for what Shawn? The redial? Oh I probably will someday. Oh and I have nos American Eagel expansion band for sale if anybody needs one. Just remember it's SILVER.

Yep, I'd do the redial, IDC does a pretty good job with these linen textured dials. Now I wish I had kept my white gold filled AE's. You never know when you'll find another so I'll keep this in mind.

I would try to clean or get it cleaned (dial) before re-dial, as it don't look bad at all. In fact I would leave it as is.

Thinking that band would look nice on my 1960 BB!  :^)
