Movements dated 53, case is dated 51, I'd say DuoWind with a movement swap.

That watch does not match the subject, as I said earlier.
If you really look, the dial on the Spencer is two-tone, or quartered shadow dial.
Nice effort, though.
EDIT:- Thanks for supplying the blow-up of the watch, makes that two-tone dial a lot easier to see.

There is no mention of a 2-tone nor 'shadow Dial' in the ad.

Has anyone seen or are there any examples of this Model with a shadow Dial?

Just because no one has seen one, does not mean it does not exist, surely you should have realised that by now?

This is from 1952, and the description is top left.

Exact same as subject, even says "SELF WINDING" on the dial, and no two-tone dial like the Spencer.

Duo Wind "L" works better for me. Maybe another advert showing better detail of a Spencer may prove otherwise.
