Two ads above:  one is the "Juliet" and the bottom has "Elaine".

I believe this is the "Juliet"

In true Bulova fashion they have the same watch with two names.

Based on the 1943 movement and 1943 advert for the Juliet, I'd be going with that ID as well.

I have been following the Cocktail watches for awhile now and have actually seen four different versions of this style on eBay.  Why they would make so many different versions with only slight differences is a question we may never know.  So the multiple ad names are probably for actual different models.  There is Juliet, Elaine, Mayflower, and Lady Springfield that I have found.

Stephen,

I have another watch just like this one with the exception of the "dots" at the 3, 6, 9,12 hour  markers. The one above has gold dots (round gold metal, not flat),   and the one below has red dots (painted on,and flat)  on the dial.

So one's the Juliet and one's the  Elaine???
