Bezel insert for my 98B320

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a bezel insert for my Bulova 98B320. Unfortunately, the watch took a hit and broke. I contacted the Citizen service center, and after wasting several months, they told me that the part is already discontinued. We're talking about a watch that is still in distribution, unbelievable! The Citizen service center is shameful!! Does anyone know where I can find the bezel insert? I'm attaching a photo of the watch.

Start with the case number inside the caseback.

I would suggest trying a clear epoxy; or perhaps plastic model glue to carefully fill in the damage, using a dental pick or something similar to keep control of how much you place in the damaged area. Practice on something else to see how your choice of filler can be smoothed and how it dries.

I am a little surprised that Bulova do not stock spare parts for their modern watches, especially something this recent. Neets, idea is woth a try IMO, if you continue to have no luck with Bulova.
