Metric hole chart for hands

I can only find a hole chart for a small # of hands, does anyone know of a chart that includes many different models?

Like the 11 series AF,AL,ALC, etc.

I'll have to check my books, but if you have a good digital caliper, and you have the movement in hand, you can measure the hour wheel and cannon pinion in order to determine what size hands you need.. This will also work for the sweep second, of course.

Thanks for the info I just seem to find it strange there is not something in print.

Also is there an up to date interchagable catalouge  on the 11 model I am getting a lot more of the movements and I can not seem to find any thing .ETC
