I think I found the identity of my watch.All though there is what seems to be L5 on the case I found L4 inside .found a 44 ad with the pic in it.Can I have some opinions please I'm verry new to this.

Hi Bruce,

Can't really see the watch. L4 is 54 not 44, Often happens that the movment and case can be a year apart.

Can't tell much without a picture. There are many different dial configurations on the Bruce-Cadet shapped watches. Click on the link below should give some good info.
