How to add images to myBulova.com forums & comments
The watch is from about 1951-52 and the movment is a 10BM.
Can you post a picture of the old dial?
Its the only picture i have because its an incoming watch but i have already started searching for a new dial :-)
Is this the dial you want to replace or just a sample image? The dial on this watch looks great!
Its damaged round the second marker and between 7 and 8 a clock.
Maybe iam to fussy :-)
I sniped it yesterday for 30Gbp a good price i think :-)
"don't touch that Dial"
Ya maybe your right :-)
Looks really good to me. I agree with Mark, don't touch that dial.
I'd wait till you get it in hand. Quite often the flaws are in the crystal.his dial looks relly clean to me.
I would agree with bourg01, many time all that is needed is a crystal replacement, the macro photos really highlight the flaws, the problem is that there is no real depth preception in photos.
I bought a few that I thought were just parts watches with crappy dials, and when in hand they looked totally different...the dials were the best part!
