I recently bought this watch and I've tried identifying it and the closest thing I found was a lone eagle variant. I'm stumped with this one.
This looks like a Bulova Senator to me. The date code (stylized T) that is stamped on the movement according to the seller's photo (I have not personally opened the watch yet) suggests a 1942 fabrication date.
The case is a bit worn but wow... the 1936 Bulova Senator in yellow gold with original band. Super sweet...
