Can anyone tell me about my watch? Please and thanks.

I have had this watch for a very long time, I dont know where I got it or know much about it. It used to have a band, it was like more of a bracelet with a clasp. If anyone could help me out I would be very appreciative. Any info is welcomed, Thanks.
