Bottle cap Bezel?

Looks like a good buy to me, slight imperfections barely noticable between 12 & 1  on the bezel and some scratches on the top right bezel. These watches are very high priced when in perfect shape. This one looks like a good buy to  me. Seller doesn't say anything about running/timing.

The Coin edge bezel is a trait of a 'TREASURER'

The interesting thing is the caseback it's the first one I have ever seen stamped A9 (1949)
