Stan, I think you've got a Commander, but I can't prove it. I have the same case with a white face. It looks very much like the Commander in this 1965 ad EXCEPT the lugs in the ad appear to be attached. Otherwise, the specs and dial are a match for the Commander.
I'll give some stats and a pic of my watch, and maybe we'll both get some help from the forum.
