1928 art deco, enamel.... what?

Black enamel beauty in excellent condition - sorry the photo isn't clearer - if I'd quit buying watches, I might be able to afford a decent camera...  Anyway, here's everything I know:

1928 (6AP, crescent moon symbol)

15 jewels, 4 adj

The writing inside the case is very light, but it appears to be Bulova 14k gold filled.

movement serial looks like 66530 but I don't have a decent magnifier to be sure.

case serial 83C4173

I'm such a novice I don't have calipers, so I could only measure the case in inches, 1" x 5/8".

In excellent shape - runs and keeps time, but.................. she has no name.  Can anybody identify?

Yes it is sharp, and not a thing wrong with it, as far as I can tell.

I've looked at all the 1928 ads here on the website and don't find it.  I've also looked at several, though not all, of the 1927 and 1929 ads.  It is similar to some, but I don't find any exactly like it.  She might just have to be another "unknown".
