There has always been a connection with FLW, but just not neccessary as early as some may suggest.

I am very pro an earlier connection than the recent 'Frank Lloyd Wright Collection' of Watches and Clocks as You know.

The Foyer and Atrium areas in what was known as Bulova Corporate Center are of particular interest as both areas have Mr. Frank Lloyd Wright's unique design signature all over them. I would suggest Mr Wrights connection with Bulova preceeded its completion in 1953.

There is more than one architectural feature inside Bulova Corporate Center which mimics those found in the Guggenheim Museum located on 5th Avenue in New York City, cutting edge designs for the times, spiral walkways leading to glass ceilings for example, which opened in 1959. Water flowing through the Corporate Centers atrium, as found at Fallingwater in Pennsylvania, is another Frank Lloyd Wright signature.

"The atrium provides an aesthetically interesting experience with skylights, the soothing sounds of water and Frank Lloyd Wright partitions of space. In places it can provide a momentary escape experience if you let go why you’re there [likely on business] and let the ambiance enjoin your senses."

In reading and studying Mr Wrights works it was not uncommon for Him to 'moonlight' - or work without record for Friends and business Associates. There may be record of this work somewhere, there may not be.

Thanks for revisiting and keeping this highly controversial subject alive.
