Getting back in the game

Good Day Mates!

I started collecting Bulovas about 10 years ago. After acquiring a good amount, I had to lay off but now I’m back in the game !!!!  I’ve been out on the watch search and was able to identify about half of my collection.  I still have some to go…..

Here’s a not so very good shot on my collection, but be warned there are a couple Omegas & Hamiltons mixed in there.  I will take pics of the unidentifiable ones and post hoping some of you experts can help a reborn collector identify them…..

Beautiful collection! I use the same type of display box holding 10 watches on top & 10 in a closed drawer! It works well for my keepers. However, the watches in the bottom drawer never see the light of day, unless the drawer is opened & watches are left unprotected from the environmental effects of the house.

How about some pics of how you display your beauties.  I think that would be most interesting. There are some great wooden pocket watch display cases, but I have seen only one display case for a multitude of wrist watches. Here is a pic of one I saw that could possibly work for a bunch of wrist watches.

I see 2 Lone Eagle/Conqueror models in your amazing bunch.

I'm looking forward to seeing more information on those 2 beauties....movement and case details would be great.

Bulova Rule No. 1 - Don't assume nuttin!  Sometimes it's fun to push the envelope!  I assume everyone doesn't display their watches, they just keep'em in their sock drawers. Have to name all of their socks that way though. I know of a guy that has a walk in safe for his watch collection. Expensive yes, but so is his watch collection.
