Bulova with curved case

Submitted by Reverend Rob on November 24, 2011 - 12:13pm

Hello all, I am a new member, and have a Bully here that has so far defied identification. She's a 7AP movt with a decidedly curved 10K GF case, including GF back, with the odd addition of three A's on the movt. I think the date code is a shield, so that makes it 1939, which seems right. Anyway, it runs particularly well, so the dial is going off to International to be re-done, as it is a little too far gone.  My apologies to the purists, but finding another dial for this one is unlikely.

You could be describing a 'MINUTE MAN' or 'PRESIDENT' model (?) the Jewel count would determine.

Hi Rob, Glad to see you made it here. Here's a few pictures of Rob's watch. Pretty cool, a model I haven't seen in my travels.

I was having some troubles with the uploads, and there is now a duplicate post of this.  Thanks for the pic help, Shawn!
