Do not know for sure what year (although back states M6 - 1966); have not opened the back to find movement markings - I am not confident that I (an amateur) can remove the back without damaging the watch. It is a manual wind and keeps very accurate time. Squared-off bezel - very plain, but classic-looking, design.
