Seems to match the His Excellency XX in the 1949 add.

You found Gary's listings! (TixnTox & WatchAd.) I have many of these up on Watch-Crystals.com (eBay) and credit them accordingly, BTW... This one I'm low on crystals, as it's a great seller, and I sniped several I sent to resellers, recently...
