Marvellous! (I must have misread the date on the inside.) Thanks for that!

Bulova produced a lot of Women's watches using a case that was marked "June 10, 1924", that doesn't necessarily mean that was when it was made. That was when their "Patent" was approved.

IMO this record is too conflicting and lacking details to assign more than one star.  A two star 1924 Dianne w/o movement info, case SN suggesting 1929 (maybe case SN?).    Could it be the case of a Dianne?  Maybe.  I can't find a Dianne ad (1924 thru 1930) and link provided by admin doesn't work any longer.  Nice watch though...

As discussed here, some of us don't believe the very blurry ad reads, "Dianne", rather we think it reads, "Daphne":  http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1929-daphne-3070?page=1

So, now this watch is listed in the database under both names.

Note:  The link I provided is the same post that Admin linked to above.  After the "Daphne" discussion, the watch name was changed by the owner, so Admin's link no longer works.

Dates to 1929 with case SN, as earlier noted by Daca.

Yes case SN does suggest 1929.  I'll update in root record and note as such.  Also looks like the ad which was used for this model name was determined to be "Daphne" not Dianne.  See Daphne record and ad discussed at:
http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1929-daphne-3070?page=1

Clearer 1928 ad for Daphne (click for full ad):

Should I update model ID to Daphne based on above?

EDIT: 2012.11.19 Changed from Dianne to Daphne.

Yes.

Good spot there, Will.
