I am not sure of the year of manufacture.  According to the list on this site the triangle symbol could mean 1926, 1935, or 1945.  The case has a patent date of June 10, 1924.  The case also has other numbers scratched into it just under the patent date.

* The first digit of the Case seriel number being a mis stamped 6, not o as listed.

Comparing the case signature for subject 1926 (triangle mvnt date code, leading "6" of case sn) to that of this 1927 (square mvnt date code, leading "7" of case sn).  

Subject 1926 is "American Standard, 1924 patent date" and 1927 is "Bulova, American Standard, 1924 patent date"

This info may help us determine if there's been a "sympathetic movement swap", as this case signature difference seems to occur between 1926 to 1927.
