Butler finish Dial shows Radium numerals, Bulova signature and track are printed in Black. Hour and Minute Hands are 'Cathedral' style and a modern style Seconds Hand appears on a sub Dial partially obscuring the 6.
Movement is protected by a dust shield.
Caseback is stamped as shown.

I have two of these Presidents...and one of mine has the same problems as yours - a broken hinge. It has, " HAEC OLIM MEMINISSE JUVABIT" engarved on the back and the dial is a custom with what I assume is Latin letter-code instead of numbers....a real "Da Vinci Code" dial!

Not a match to any ads on this site for a President. The president in ads has bezel horizontals very differently engraved to this, until 1930 when the engraving style changes to "cushion,XX" design.
