Just a sweet little ladies enamel.  Looks to be modeled after the Parisenne style.

I have the same watch case in a red/green enamel.

Unknown to me.

Nice find. As you say, we have seen the red/green enamelled version before but never this all black.

Wondering if they both shared the same model name?

Great looking watch.   Seen many of these called Parisians but never in a Bulova ad, only Elgin.  I suspect they were made by the same case manufacturer.   Unknown for me.
