Watch Description

Case measures 33mm lug to lug x 26mm wide non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers.

White Dial shows raised Gilt Arabic numerals and Bulova Signature, tracks are printed Black. Hour and Minute Hands are Modern style and a Modern style seconds Hand appears on a sub Dial fully obscuring the 6.

A dustshield and retaining ring appears over the movement.

Caseback is stamped as shown.

Darren,

An ad dated 1929 originally used for display / model ID purposes showed the 'AMBASSADOR' with a slightly different Case http://www.mybulova.com/sites/default/files/vintage_ads/1929-bulova-ad-… hence the question from David.

It's not until the 1930 ad shown We see the Case of the subject.

The raised Gilt numeral Dial with Black Modern style Hands is found / shown in several Models of the era.

Interesting...the 1929 ad Fifth links above, and another Admin posts provided by James Robson dated 1929 showing the different case.

Subject watch is 1929, and we have these two ads showing a different case in 1929.  Some overlap between 1929/30 ads?
EDIT 2013.01.31  We now have two additional 1929 Ambassador ads showing the same case design above (totalling 4).  Both case designs must have been available in 1929, based on the ads and Marks subject example.
