I see one of these fun step cases already in the database of unknowns. This one does not have the dress dial and the movement is a 1930 so not sure if it is original or a replacement. Unusual side engraving.

Bulova had four different cases with this finish and side engraving. We have no advert so it's not possible to say which dial is original, HERE is a different iteration. 1929 Bulova Unknown (I would still date it to the case)
