That's a sweetheart! Unfortunately, it's one we have never been able to identify. Hands appear to be replaced; Generally watches with a lume face and 13AF movement have hands like this one. Cathedral with a stubby hour hand.

The closest model we have is the Bulova Garfield, although the case is slightly different, as is the jewel count.
At this stage though I have to agree with the other members and say this is another wonderful 1929 unknown model.
