I knew it looked familiar, case pattern engraving is identical to my 1927 other in every detail except for the two sapphires. I thought mine was the "Ardsley" but Jay shot down that theory.

Fith, there are a few which are similar in shape so as yet I don't think we can name it.

Doris for me. Advert low on details but the case shape, dial seem to match.

The full ad states '15 Jewel Watches', which the subject is and if You look closely at the display ad the Left side of the Case shows florets on either side of what appears to be a Triangular somethingorother, a Gemstone?

I'm almost pretty sure this is a good ID.

I am not so sure that it is the Doris, the case shape is similar but it looks like the ad shows angled engraving in the corners not flowers. I wish we had a better quality ad to work with...

But what would a "arrogant hack" like me know?
