Watch Description

Case measures 32mm lug to lug x 18mm wide non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers.  Original White Dial shows Black printed Arabic numerals, Bulova signature and tracks.  Hour and Minute Hands are Black Modern style.  A dustshield and retaining ring appears over the Movement.  Hinged Caseback is stamped as shown.  as found.

Man, if you hadn't shown the inside of the case I would have had to question if this was actualy a Bulova.

The engraving is not like anything else I have seen from this period or Bulova.

The engraving down the sides is the only familiar sight for the case.

Unique eh? I think the engraving was enameled at one time, which Color(s) is the question. 1930 leans toward Black but without an ad to ID the Case who knows?

Good question. Case shape changed to Tonneau.

Currently, the closest resemblence to the pattern(s) on the Bezel are found in an ad dated Aug 1928.

interestingly enough the corner and end pattern strongly resembles half of the pattern found on the 1926/27 'CONQUEROR / LONE EAGLE'
