Sorry for the shape this guy is in.  The case is in really good shape with pretty distinct markings and I just don't know what this guy is.  I think we've got a 1931 Unknown.  Would probably look pretty danged good after a refurb because the case is so nice.

At first glance I think I've seen this one dozens of times or more but I don't see it in any ads or in the dB as Known or Unknown. Hard to imagine how a case so fine can have a dial that looks like it spent the winter out behind the barn. Cool watch plains.

I think it's Unknown.

I know... what a hailed dial, but how great were these cases put together if that's the difference between the two?

This is another one of those models that refusses to be identified. 100% Bulova, it just doesn't want to give up its name.

Unknown for me too.

What is that printed on the bottom of the dial under the dash for the 6? Looks like "MINR" or something.

If that's "SWISS", what language is it printed in? Lol!

...probably Swiss, but that's just a guess.  LOL  I can't make it out either...but that's where SWISS is often stamped or printed.
