10Kt gold filled hinged case 21 jewel 10AN movement circle symbol. Just serviced and keeping excellent time...
I have a 35 Lone Eagle that looks a lot like your president but the seconds box is wider where yours is taller and the crystal is square corners where yours is arched at the top and bottom.
Very nice watch and my vote is 3 stars. Hopefully we will find the advert for it soon.

Yes. This version of the Lone Eagle, which was built for the 13AF movement, rather than the 10AN, is a nice example of that. These are rare, but we've seen at least three examples of it (Wayne's, mine, and Fifth's), so it's not one-of-a-kind. http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1930-lone-eagle-1276
That version of the LE may have been a transition model, just as the current watch may be a transition to the wandering seconds version of the President.

In reply to Is there an ad that shows by timerestoration
There is One, possibly Two ads that show a register not following the Bezel lines. If this is intentional or simply an Artist rendition issue is debateable.
Ad Dated 1930.
A Second Ad of the same Watch but with a Radium Dial shows the register following the Bezel. I own the Watch depicted above with the same Gilt numeraled Dial on which the register follows the Bezel lines.
IMO, the register should / will always follow the Bezel but I own One or Two humdingers on which it does not with no clear evidence of the Dial being swapped or refinished.
1929 Templan w 13 AF. IMO this Dial is original to this Watch.
He asked about the outer track, not the inner one.
I have a Sky King that matches the ad, where the inner track does not follow the bezel line.
Your '30s Treasurer doesn't quite follow the bezel line and was heavily criticized for that. My Treasurer is just like yours.
