Watch Description

The movement originally was a square symbol but due to major overhaul I canabalized parts from a 10AE Omega movement. The case is a gift from Mark of Fifth Ave Restorations and I shall be forever greateful to him for his generosity and help in seeing this watch come to life. The crystal is glass and makes the watch standout so very well. The case received major body work by me to make it suitable for the movement. The dial is original and will not be redone. This has been the most challanging task I have undertaken so far in my short time as a Bulova lover and all work has been done by me. This is my favorite watch and will be around for many years to come (I hope).

Thanks to all of the many people involved in this project. The ID is watch L of the ad .

That new glass crystal really makes it pop. Good job John.

Thanks Darren and many thanks for finding it for me. I think the glass makes it so much more noticable and it sure brings out the beauty of the watch.

Why has this not received any checks? I know i bet its because the band/bracelet is not original. Changed to just  American Clipper it deserves 3 all the way.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Jim. It is ok if I don't get the checks cause I am happy with my watch and I know it is an American Clipper C. I changed the listing to reflect the non conformance of the the band/bracelet so if that is the problem then it will be fixed. I put the current band on it because I intend to wear it quite frequently and a conforming bracelet would be to fragile and uncomfortable for me.
