What's non conforming about the Watch? the fact that the Dial is missing the register hardly substantiates a non-conforming call.

Of course it is non-conforming, if it does not conform to the original. Why is this watch any different to the 21st. Century watch which you said was non-conforming because of the refinished dial? Not to be confrontational, just saying Mark. : )

How about a tenative due to re-dial changes. Maybe the re-dialer just forgot to put in the register. It does look like the treasurer if it were not for that missing register. I am inclined to go with Mark but as a tenative usless the owner is willing to have the register added back in to the dial at which time it would be a 3 tick Treasurer IMO

Although I believe this to be a Treasurer, because of model crossover possibilities, i.e. President, non- conforming for me, 2 ticks Treasurer. Shame about that damned minutes track!

I saw this record come up at the top of the Home page and I would like to resubmit to the Panel since I think it should be changed to the Treasurer. Yes, the dial is non-conforming but it's only that the minute track is missing. I think it deserves at least 2 ticks as the Treasurer but I would give it 3.

We all know the reasons for Non-Conforming so I don't think we need to rehash the previous discussion. I think just a yea or nay should suffice.
