Watch Description

I'm always a sucker for this tri-colored grayscale dial.  The Ambassador C of the late 1930's.  Hands are wrong... needs Modern in white. The 21 Jewel, 10AE is marked with an od "AAA".  It seems familiar but I don't recall where.  Or if I just made up remembering it. Anyway.. great watch... to bad I don't have the bracelet.

I have the AAA on my 1940 Ambassador A movement, but not on my Ambassador C - means First Class Finest Kind - didn't impress too many folks I guess. Only seen a couple elsewhere mostly 21j watches.

My Ambassador C dial appears brown colored in pics in the dial center rectangle, but is actually gold colored. Just like yours shows silver and appears grey in the pictures.

The leather bands that came with your Ambassador C are great looking. Has to be a special band.

My band is standard leather and must have been a bugger to get it on. I'm enviouse but not enough to go in the corner & sulk.

If you find a bracelet for yours, I'll buy the band fron you, kinda recycle it, if you will.

Three ticks for the C from me.  Ad from 1939.
