Welcome to myBulova!  The best thing to do is get a tool from Amazon or Ebay.  They are pretty inexpensive and so useful.

A small pen knife could be used to pry at the tab on the back, usually at the 6 o'clock position. It looks like it is visible in the last photo? You just get the blade behind the tab and rotate to lift the caseback towards you. If it does not move, it could be corroded, or hinged, in which case try the opposite end. If that fails, you'll need to see your friendly neighbourhood watchmaker.

Thanks for the help. I’ll give it a shot and if nothing moves, I’ll take it in.

Could be the one. Looks very similar. I’ll get that back off and let you know.

Commodore looks like a pretty good match.

Commodore looks to be a good match. Would like to confirm the 17 jewel movement.

Edit: I'm going to hold my vote for the Commodore. When I look at the lug length, the Commodore has a shorter - stubby lug length. Subject watch lugs look rather long.

Lugs appear much longer on subject watch than in Commodore ads.

I'm still at unknown.
