This one has me stumped. It is a 10KT Yellow Gold 26MM case with gold plated case back. It has a 10AE movement with a shield date code. THe dial does not appear like anything else I have seen. Thoughts on this?

The dial looks very similar to KathyL's watch in unknowns. But hers is a 7AM movement.

As we know, round men's Bulova watches are kind of rare for 1939. The only examples I have ever seen are chronographs and other quasi military types, which this resembles. (or the WaterTite, introduced in 1930?)
It's missing the centre seconds bridge and pinion and driving wheel, which would also lend to its Military look.
I have found nothing anywhere that looks like this.
Unknown for now.
